Don't worry! You still get treated to coffee even as a seller. After our coffee + conversations, I'll schedule a tour of your home where we'll discuss your goals and timeline. From there, I’ll assess your home’s value and recommend strategies to maximize its appeal. We’ll prepare your home for the market, and I’ll handle all the marketing to attract the right buyers. Throughout the process, I’ll negotiate on your behalf to secure the best possible price, ensuring a smooth and successful sale.
